Lions in Bulawayo


The only lions I saw in Zimbabwe are the ones rescued from the original Bulawayo synagogue, which burnt down two years ago on Erev Yom Kipper.

Below, a member of the Jewish community who helped create the Lion Mosaic explains their significance to a visiting school group.
